After my wife and I retired twelve years ago, we moved from Washington, D.C. to Celebration, FL (Artisan Park). When we got here, one of the biggest challenges we encountered was finding a reliable firm to renovate our condo. It was hard work, a lot of frustration, and money wasted. Through referrals from locals, and after long talks, we retained Global Max Solutions to do the renovation. They did a fantastic job!! The attention to detail and cleanliness during and after the work was, without a doubt, something we've never experienced with other contractors in Florida or the Washington, D.C. area. Global Max took care of several projects for my parents who are very picky!
First, there were very old rust stains from well water irrigation overspray all over the concrete driveway, walkways, vinyl fencing, and painted pool area.  All the rust stains are now gone, and their team took the time to find the right mix of chemicals and power washing, especially around the pool, without any paint damage.  It came out amazing and looks like new, even the white vinyl fence!
They also had to cut out an access panel from the drywall in a bathroom to allow some plumbing work to be done.  It was a very precise cut, and after the work was done, they replaced it, patched, textured and matched the paint.  A very tough thing to do and it came out perfect.
The last 2 things were swapping out a heat, exhaust, and light fixture in a bathroom, and an additional fixture conversion to LED in another room.
Everything was done better than expected, and cleaned up after!  All the crew were professional, neat, and cleaned up afterwards.
I highly recommend Global Max and will be using them again in the future for all kinds of repair and maintenance at home!
